Email scam warning
A scam impersonating IP Australia is targeting trade mark applicants. If you receive an unexpected email about your IP rights, verify the sender before taking any action. Read more: Spot and avoid IP scams.
In accordance with the directives adopted by the PCT Assembly at its Fortieth Session (held from September 22 to October 1, 2009), new equivalent amounts in AUD will be established with effect from 1 November 2021.
